Hand Made Flowers

Image
I saw the challenge over on  Less is More  this morning and I decided to have a play. Time has been taken up so much lately with workshops, classes and DT cards so it was so good to make a card 'just because'. The theme of the challenge is HAND MADE FLOWERS and I have been having a play with some of the clay and moulds now available through Stampin' Up - here's what I have made The white clay is pressed into silicone moulds - removed and then left to air dry. You can add colour to the flowers using markers after they have dried or if you have any of the re-inkers add a few drops to the wet clay before pressing into the moulds. My flowers have also been mounted on to the Flower Fusion die cuts and some of the Little Leaves have been added too. Materials Used - Stampin' Up Stamps: Summer Silhouettes, Morning Meadow Ink: Crumb Cake, Crisp Cantaloupe (re-inker) Card Stock: Whisper White, Pistachio Pudding Accessories: Big Shot, Little Leaves, Flower Fusion, ...

Life as a Stampin' Up demonstrator is great fun and one of the best things is meeting new customers at the Hostess Parties. I love demo-ing all the lovely products and watching them creating their little Make and Takes. Of course it's lovely too when they place an order and I like to pop a little 'thank you' note card into their bags when the order arrives. Here are some I've made recently These are made using the Decorate a Daisy set and the little birds have been popped up on Dimensionals. The greeting inside the banner is from the set Delightful Dozen. I also run a Stampers 6 Club - you can find details of this  HERE  and to these special ladies I like to give a gift each month. It's not big but it's just a little something to say 'thanks' This month my ladies are getting these post-it-note holders These have been made using my Big Shot goodies: Two Tags die, Lots of Tags Sizzlits,Little Leaves Sizzlits and Beautiful Wings Embo...
