Triple Time Stamping at 52CCT

It's Ruth's last challenge this week at  52 {Christmas} Card Throwdown  and this time we have a 'Technique' challenge - take a look I love these style of cards and so does Ruth by the seem of things!! Addicted to Stamps & More - Bingo!

Over on the  Addicted to Stamps & More  challenge blog myself and the rest of the DT have been indulging in a spot of Bingo - take a look at the card we have been using For my card I chose the line: Green, Emboss (I did both dry and heat embossing) and DSP  I made a huge rosette onto which I added a die cut bauble. - I love the gold embossing on the green and I decided to leave it clean and simple and leave off a sentiment. The white panel behind my rosette has been embossed using a dotty EF and matted onto green card stock. White on White

It's challenge time again at  Make My Monday  and DT member Caz would like to see White on White Christmas Cards. You may use another colour for accenting if you wish - here's what I came up with I love these kind of cards - they are awful to photograph though! I've tried to add lots of texture to this card by adding some embossing and piercing to my card stock. I also heat embossed my bauble using clear EP - you can just about see it! Here's a close up To finish off I added some white leaves and pearls. Black, White and Metalic

That's the challenge this week at  52 {Christmas} Card Throwdown  - take a look Here is my card I stamped my flourish on to my card stock before I ran it through my embossing machine in my dotty folder and then I attached my silver bauble. A few flat backed gems were added too along with the sentiment from Christmas Blessings. Christmas Tutorial

Back at the end of November I did a workshop and we made Stepper cards - here's a pic of one of the cards we made This is using my ornament Keepsake bundle - don't for get if you want these sets they are only available 'til the end of January. Colour Challenge

It's colour challenge time at  CAS - Colours & Sketches  - take a look Here is my card This is made using my Ornament Keepsake bundle and the flourish from Everything Eleanor - I also added a few flowers punch from the Boho Blossoms punch and some gems coloured with a green marker. Don't for get that this challenge is cards only but you don't have to use Stampin' Up colours - just the closest you have. Ornament Keepsake Decoration

I've had great fun today as I have been attempting to make the beautiful Christmas decoration from the front cover of the Holiday Mini (see side bar). I trawled YouTube for instructions - there are so many that I finally gave up and did my own thing! I don't have all the materials used either so I improvised - a lot! Take a look I used two ornament shapes plus the round centre piece along with Very Vanilla card stock, Crumb Cake and Cherry Cobbler ink. Here's a close up I added a pearl to the centre - one of the large ones from the Basic Pearls pack, only £4.50 and you get loads! Ornament Keepsake Poinsettia

I've been having a play with my Ornament keepsake bundle and apart from the 'normal' Christmas ornament style projects I have made this poinsettia flower from some of the die cut shapes I stamped and die cut 8 of the red ornament shapes and then a further 5 of the green - the ornament tops have been hidden by adding the centre. This is the small round stamp from the set and I cut out the very middle part to create the flower centre. New Baubles

My card this week shows you what  you could make with the stamps plus the matching dies - take a look See the background paper? That's some of the Candlelight Christmas Speciality DSP - isn't it lovely? It's so easy to create pretty baubles like these as there is no tedious cutting involved - of course you will need a die cutting machine.
