I have another card for you today using my Sketch from the current challenge over on Sassy Sketcharinos And here it is I have created this card using stamp sets Flower Patch and Painted Petals. I had a very old die from Stampin' Up - an embosslits die of various sized butterflies and I die cut them using silver glitter paper. There are teeny tiny gems in the middle of the small flowers and a large one on the main flower. Colours used are: Pretty in Pink, Rose Red, Old Olive and Certainly Celery. Today's sketch over on Sassy Sketcharinos looks a bit like this And my DT card looks a lot like this My humming bird was heat embossed with clear embossing powder and then ink was sponged over it to make it stand out. My colours are Pistachio Pudding, Pretty in Pink, Old Olive, Primrose Petals. I added a bit of glitz with some silver glitter paper. It's time for another Sunday sketch over on SASSY SKETCHARINOS Here is this weeks sketch And here is my card I stamped my card with the large Pleasant Poppies stamp, marked off where the squares were on the sketch and then coloured within the squares. Tiny butterflies were added along with some pearls and a sentiment. Hope you like my card and I hope you can find time to join in this week - see you soon xx

Goodness me I am running late - and I was determined to turn over a new leaf for April!! Today it's another sketch from SASSY SKETCHARINOS And here is this week's sketch - hope you like it Here is my card Quite clean and simple I think using the Perfect Blend stamp set. The images have been stamped on to Crumb Cake card stock and the cuffs have been paper pieced with some So Saffron DSP. The cup lids have been coloured with a white marker. To make my shapes I have used Apothecary Accents dies on my Big Shot. This is our fourth challenge and I really hope that you can join us this week. I do love a good sketch challenge and that's why I created Sassy Sketcharinos Take a look at this week's sketch And here is my card This image I think comes from an old Stampin' Up hostess set - Bloom with Hope. I stamped the image on to Old Olive card stock in Always Artichoke ink and used some markers to colour it in. I then used a white gel pen to add some high lights. It was layered on to Always Artichoke card stock and some sparkly gems were added as a finishing touch. Hope you like it and I hope you can join in the challenge this week. Bye for now xx

It's time for a new sketch over on Sassy Sketcharinos and look what we have for you this week And here is my card I have quite a bit of unused retired Stampin' Up stuff in my stash so I decided to use some for this card. The background paper has a very nautical look to it and it teams up nicely with this cute whale die. He has a little googly eye and some hand drawn water spouting from his blow hole. (there were tiny die cut droplets on the the same die as the whale but they were just too small to add!) Yay - the day has arrived. It's the very first challenge over on my new challenge blog Sassy Sketcharinos Here is your first sketch And here is my card This is such a versatile layout and I've come over all manly for this and used By The Tide and Traveler stamp sets. Good morning everyone thanks for joining me today. I have a Christmas card to share with you - it's my DT card for this week's challenge over on 52 {Christmas} Card Throwdown This week we want to see........ The I made literally took minutes! My craft space is such a mess and it's so cold down there that I had to make something really quick so I could get back into the warmth again!!! On my desk I happened to find a piece of card stock I had die cut a star out of - very lucky as I still can't find my cutting plates for my Big Shot!!!! I sponged through the star shape and here is what I made As I said the stars took minutes to add. I used Daffodil Delight and Pumpkin Pie inks and then used a black fine liner pen to add some tiny details. The glittered star is from an old Christmas kit and the snowflake is one I removed from a card I received at Christmas. The sentiment is from Bright and Beautiful and I hand drew a frame to finish it off. ...
