Glitter Bauble

It's time for another 52 {Christmas} Card Throwdown  challenge - gosh that came around quick again and golly did I make a mess of this one!
I was out most of yesterday and came home exhausted, tried to make my card, ruined 2 pieces of card stock and went to bed in a very bad mood! I actually slept for 12 hours (!) woke up and made a new card - here it is

You may be able to spot a sneaky peak of a new item coming in the new catalogue - more on that story later!

Materials - Stampin' Up
Card Stock: Whisper White, Naturals White, Rose Red, Certain Celery. Silver Glimmer Paper
Accessories: Big Shot, Embossing Folder, Bitty Punch, Holiday Ornaments Die
(Please do drop me an e-mail if you would like to order any of the above items or indeed any Stampin' Up product from the two current catalogues found in my side bar - all my details are above in the top tabs - thanks).

I'm off to a local charity event later, it's called 'Strawberry Saturday' however there will be no strawberries! I found that to be very strange so I'm taking my own! It's local musical artists playing outdoors so I am hoping that the weather will stay dry too - have a great weekend - Jacqueline xx

  1. Strawberry Fields forever maybe?!
You must have needed that sleep so don't feel bad about it!
I just did the same thing with my itty bitty punches in my new embossing folder - don't they work well? Love the glitter for the bauble - a great centre piece. Enjoy the event!

  3. I like how you've used the glimmer paper to create your ornament. The embossed background with the green accents is great, too.

  4. Oh geeze I hate when that happens too Jacqueline. But you rebounded nicely and made a gorgeous card. Love the background - very creative and the glittery ornament that is front and center. Fabulous!
