Today I have a card for you made using the Mountain Air stamp set. I have had it for a while now but it’s my go to set when I want a masculine card. I chose a simple fancy fold technique and plenty of sponging to achieve this scenic card. The mountains are a special type of stamp, you stamp with one side of the stamp - the detail image and then turn the stamp over to stamp in the colour - two stamps in one! Hello, it's been a while! It was my birthday yesterday and I can honestly say that from last birthday to this; readers it's been a year! Things with mum have escalated and it's so hard getting regular care for her so that I can go out and have time to myself - I've literally been housebound for the last two weeks. So - what can I tell you? Crafting - there's been a lot though not necessarily card making. I have tenderd to choose crafts that I can do next to mum as she gets agitated when I'm not in the same room as her. I've done a lot of planning and journaling and I've taught myself to crochet.  Hello and Happy New Year to you all.  Today I have a clean and simple card for you using the new stamp set Happy Hedgehogs. I’ve used one of the smaller images of a mushroom. It’s this little stamp that drew me to this set as it reminds me of my dad - he was a micologist. I used my Stampin’ Write markers to colour it and the sentiment comes from Happy & Heartfelt - another new set. Take a look at my card and please tell me what you think in the comments below.
