Sketch Time at 52CCT

That's right folks - it's Saturday and time for a new challenge at 52 {Christmas} Card Throwdown and this month Danielle is choosing our challenges.
This week it's Sketch week - take a look

For my card this week I have used some retired stamps and my Stampin' Write markers

Such a lovely set don't you agree? I decorated inside too - take a look

Materials
Stamps: Pines and Poinsettias (retired), Sassy Salutations
Ink: Early Espresso, Cherry Cobbler, Gumball Green, Lucky Limeade - all Stampin' Write Markers
Card Stock: Whisper White, Naturals White, Early Espresso
Paper: Candlelight Christmas DSP
Accessories: Dimensionals
(See the tabs at the top of the page for all the details on placing orders and special offers).

I'm off now - visiting my Mum and Dad, they are finding it hard sorting and closing granddad's house so I am going to lend a hand. Granddad's ashes are also going to be interred while I'm there but - it won't be all sadness. It's Mum's birthday too so hopefully some good times too.

I can't wait to see what you do with Danielle's sketch and don't forget to pop on over and see what the DT have done this week too.
See you soon - Jacqueline xx

  2. This is a lovely card - I do like the pine cones, and that bold sentiment inside is fab!

I hope all goes well closing up your Grandad's house - I remember doing a similar thing with my mum when my Nanna died. It turned into a day of shared memories as we found things that Nanna had kept from my childhood - hugs to you x

  5. It's a stunning set Jacqueline and it looks gorgeous made into tiles like this. I like the way you overlapped your outer two with the middle one. It's so difficult mixing the sad with the happy but I suppose that is life. Take care, Vicky x
