My First Stampin' Up Workshop
The more observant amongst you may have noticed that my blog has in the last 24 hours undergone a major change. A couple of weeks ago i made the decision to become a Stampin' Up Demonstrator and with the help of my lovely upline - Vicky, I ordered my Starter Kit and made plans for my first workshop.
This weekend it is Open House here at Rose Cottage and if you are in the area you can pop in and take a look at the new Annual Catalogue whilst having a nice cuppa and piece of cake. There are free gifts just for turning up and a Make and Take.
People who know me know that I am very passionate about Stampin' Up products - I use them on all my cards - so nothing will change in regards the content of my blog posts. All that's different is that you can now purchase your own Stampin' Up goodies through me.
So - back to today's Make and Take. It's a quick and easy Christmas card using two new sets - Christmas Blessings and Sassy Salutations - take a look
Whisper White card stock cut and folded to make a C6 card with the Merry Christmas stamped in Old Olive ink. The poinsettia was inked with a Cherry Cobbler and Lucky Limeade Stampin' Write marker on to some of the new Naturals White card stock - this is gorgeous to stamp on to and has a lovely hand made look to it. As I usually do I inked my edges before attaching to the card. The DSP banner and rosette were made using some of the Festival Prints DSP that you will fine in the seasonal catalogue - that's really gorgeous too and some of the patterns don't look that Christmassy and can be used all year round.
Materials I used
Stamps; Christmas Blessings, Sassy Salutations
Ink: Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive - Cherry Cobbler & Lucky Limeade Markers
Card Stock: Whisper White, Naturals White
Paper: Festival Prints
Other: Boho Blossoms Punch
Don't forget I can order any of these products for you - just e-mail me for more details.
That's it folks - have a great rest of the weekend, I'm going to settle down later and watch Merlin! See you soon - Jacqueline xx
