Simply Stampin' have a colour challenge this week - take a look


So I was having a play and decided upon a wall hanging for a change as I have some spare space on my craft room wall. I also managed to sneak in some scraps of the SAB papers too as I am completely obsessed with them at the moment!


So here it is hanging on my wall - the larger triangle is Very Vanilla - along with the the leaf stems, the largest flower as i said before is SAB paper punched with the 5 Petal punch. The rest of the flowers are punched with the Boho Blossoms punch in Crumb Cake and Poppy Parade.
Now as I am sat looking at it - it looks very lonely on it's own. Perhaps I will add some more triangles and make some bunting to hang across the whole of the wall - stay tuned as there may be a sequel to this post!

Yikes - I'm a bit late posting today, but when I got into my studio this morning I had forgotten that it looked like this I had a big family lunch yesterday and 'cos our house is so small, I have to keep stuff moving from room to room in order for there to be enough space. So I got to work straight away and now my desk looks like this There is a hidiously green magnetic board complete with snail magnets that I won in a raffle - just right for altering, some wooden drawer knobs onto which I will attach some foam to use with my disress inks and my chipboard albums from last week that I didn't get round to doing. It's a One Layer challenge this week at  Less is More  with the added extra of things in 3's - here is my card And here's how I made it: Post it notes to mask off a square and to make my 3 clouds 3 blues to stamp my images: Bashful Blue, Marina Mist and Pacific Point. 3 Balloons from Up, Up and Away plus 3 birds flying in the sky 3 little words - just for you - from Just Believe. Starting the Year with a Christmas Card

 I have decided to try and get on top of my Christmas cards early this year and so far it’s going well!!! Here is a card that has been made using the Sweet Gingerbread set - I love gingerbread houses and the stamps and matching dies are really cute. I used the sketch from  52 Christmas Card Throwdown  - this is a brilliant Christmas challenge blog (I started it many years ago with Mynn Kitchen) and it’s a perfect way to get organised with Christmas crafting.
