Less is More - Birds
This week the lovely ladies at Less is More are asking us to make a One Layer Card featuring Birds.
My first though was to reach for my faithful Stampin' Up stamps - I have recently purchased the gorgeous Young Vermillion. However, tweeting away in my stash were (GASP) some stamps that I had never ever used (more GASPS).
Here they are all lined up waiting to meet you
These have been stamped in black Versafine and coloured with Stampin' Write Markers. The frame is freehand and the grass is some I have had forever!
Thanks for looking today - hope you are having a great weekend - Jacqueline xx

ReplyDeletelove your card it is a really fun image
ReplyDeleteSweet little row of birds - lovely one layer card. Afraid mine usually end up with smudges although it doesn't happen when stamping on bits for layering!!
ReplyDeleteThis is adorable and I love the pops of colour on the birds. The grass is great below too to give a sense of perspective.

Great design, the grass on the bottom and the 'stitched' edge finishes it off perfectly.
ReplyDeleteThis is so cute - love the birds and your freehand frame is so perfect I can't believe it's free hand!
ReplyDeleteL-O-V-E that line of birdies! TOO CUTE! :) And I love all the colors you've used--fabulous!!! And please do teach me how to freehand a border like that...I'm hopeless at things of that nature!
ReplyDeleteThis is so sweet...glad I wasn't the only one that went for a non-Stampin' Up! set this week...
ReplyDeleteI always love the image of birds in a row on a line Jacqueline and this is gorgeous! Vicky x
ReplyDeleteI'm glad I'm not the only one with stamps that haven't been used. lol! Great card - glad you inked this one up - super cute!
