A Bit Late

My dt card for this week's Make My Monday is a bit late - during all the rain this weekend my craft room sprang a leek and I lost a lot of stuff including my prepared work for my dt pieces.
I have spent the weekend clearing up and today catching up!!
However better late than never and we also have a brand new theme - SPRING.
The first challenge under this heading is - SPRING FLOWERS.
Here is my card

My spring flowers are Lily of the Valley and my main flower has been quilled - something I haven't done for years!

My stamp is from Hero Arts - that's years old too but fits in beautifully with this challenge.

Don't forget to pop over to the blog to see what fabulous work my team have made this week - see you soon - Jacqueline xx

  1. This is really lovely Jacqueline. The quilled flower is a stunner too and I've never tried that shape before. It's very effective with the stamped images.
    Hugs, Fliss xx

  2. You never cease to astonish me Jacqueline! The quilled lily of the valley is amazing. I'm so sorry to hear you lost some of your work - you must have felt so frustrated. Vicky x

  3. This is lovely Jacqueline. The quilling is gorgeous and looks very effective alongside the stamp. Sorry to hear about your leak and that you lost some of your work.

  4. Your quilling is gorgeous Jacqueline, a perfect replica of lily of the valley! So sorry to hear about your ruined work, hope you didn't lose too much.
    Val x

  5. Wonderful quilling work. Caz

  6. This is an amazingly brilliant card--especially on such short notice! The quilled lily of the valley is so stunning--it's my birth flower and so I just LOVE this!!! :)

  7. What a shame about losing your work due to the rain - hope the leak has been repaired. I've not done any quilling for absolutely ages either but these lilies are brilliant and the whole card is so pretty

  8. Lovely work Jacqueline! That quilling is amazing...

  9. This is amazing - the quilled snowdrops are brillaint, and bring great dimension to the whole card.
