I'm So Excited

Today's the day that the new Make My Monday Challenge Blog begins.
Me and my fabulous Deezine Team have worked so hard this week so that we could start at the beginning of June and you should head over there right now and take a look at their beautiful cards.
Before you do go though here is my card. The theme is RED FLOWERS so I have chosen Poppies. They are one of my favourite flowers and the gardens are full of them just now.
The image was repeat stamped onto white card stock and the coloured in using Promarkers (Lipstick Red, Crimson and Leaf Green) I used a Memento Tuxedo Black ink pad to stamp the image as that is the only one I know of that is suitable for Promarker colouring. The red and green card stock is some I picked up at my local craft shop so I don't know all the colour names - sorry. The image was also stamped on to some white scraps and then punched out using a circle punch, these were also coloured in and then placed behind the main image and the teeny sentiment is one I borrowed from Bev.
The stamp is one I'm hoping you haven't seen before. It's one of my own designs available in my shop - see the button at the top of the page. One of my stamps will be given away to the monthly winner at the end of June so if you are interested pop on over and have a go!
See you soon - Jacqueline xx
