Simply Stampin Challenge 12

Today's card is inspired by the challenge over on Simply Stampin - the theme is 'You Got Male'
Now I'm finding male cards a little easier since I acquired the French Foliage set from Stampin' Up - it has a lovely little script stamp and an ink splat which can make some great grungy images - take a look
I have teamed this set up with some Night of Navy and Very Vanilla card stock. I used Night of Navy, Creamy Caramel and Baja Breeze inks.
Another short post today folks as I am about to dash out the door to a committee meeting and then it's a mad dash to Birmingham Airport to fetch my husband - hopefully no delays. I can see it's going to be a late one tonight - see you tomorrow if I can manage to wake up!! - Jacqueline xx.

  1. A really lovely card Jacqueline and love the colour combination along with the leaves which are great for men's cards.
    Hugs, Fliss xx

  2. Oh yum! I am wild about this set and you've made some terrific cards with it. This one is no exception and I love the colours. (My card scheduled for Thurs uses this set in blue and brown too - great minds think alike!) Good luck at the airport...

  3. Your card is gorgeous, the collage style you have created is fabulous. I have to admit this set seems so useful - its now on my wish list! Thanks for joining us at Simply Stampin' challenge this week, x

  4. Ohhhh....I love this. The sepia/dulled colours are perfect.

  5. Another fab mans card, the more I see this set used the more I think I might "need" it ;-)
Thanks for joining in with this weeks Simply Stampin' Challenges,
    Hugs, Sarah-Jane xx

  6. I agree - a bit grungy = perfect for male cards! Thanks for joining us this week at the Simply Stampin' Challenge, Niki x
