Make My Monday - dt card

I am very late with my card this week - sorry it's been an exhausting few days preceded by some family worries, hopefully you have all been caught up in the Jubilee celebrations to notice!!

The new theme for June has been picked by myself and is entitled 'June and it's Associated Events' This week at the start of June we are celebrating the 1st year anniversary if the challenge blog and the fact that Pearls are the birthstone for June, therefore our first challenge is to come up with a 'Birthday Card featuring Pearls. (It's also my birthday on Sunday so this is a very appropriate challenge!).

Here is my card

I have used some Rich Razzleberry, Old Olive and Whisper White card and with the matching inks. My stamp set (a gift from a lovely friend) is the very lovely Fresh Vintage and although I don't have markers in the Rich Razzleberry or Old Olive I used cotton buds to add the inks to the stamp.
My ribbon also matches perfectly with my colour scheme and has been tied in a bow and secured with  a couple of pearl pins. Individual pearls have been added to the centres of the flowers.

Thanks for looking - see you soon - Jacqueline xx
