The Big Jubilee Picture

As part of the Jubilee celebrations and as a local artist I was asked to take part in 'The Big Picture' This is an event that I took part in last year for the Masquerade Fair (see HERE) and it was such a huge success that we did it again to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee.

A picture of the Queen was distributed to all the artists taking part along with a square section of that picture - that was the part we were to paint - on the day (Monday) all the squares were assembled hopefully making one big picture.

Here is the section I painted

And here is how it looked all together

Didn't it look fantastic?
I'm really glad I took part - it was great fun and a lovely addition to the festivities.
Bye for now - Jacqueline xx
