There is a sketch this week at Less is More - take a look
It's a simple sketch that Mandi and Chrissie want left just as it is - no rotation or reflection and to remain landscape and rectangular.
OK - here is what I did
This is a stamp I've had for years simply stamped in black archival ink. It's shorter than my vertical strip so I matched it up top and bottom. Each of the flowers has a flat backed, clear gem in it's centre.
Here's a close up
Such a pretty stamp and it looks fab in Blk & Whte! Your obviously a neat stamper because it's lined up perfectly...I would never have known if you hadn't said:) Jenny x
Well... the alignment of your stamping is simply faultless... amazing even! This is such a lovely card and in B/W looks terrific! Thanks so much Chrissie "Less is More"
Hola Jacqueline, Beautiful CAS card, i love black and white, your stamp is gorgeouse, the gems are a perfect and elegant touch, well done! A hug from Palma de Mallorca
Fabulous stamp Jacqueline - the black on white is so very classy. You did a great job of matching up the image, and the gems add a beautiful touch of bling! Sylvia x
I do love my nature stamps and I also love stamps of the sea whether it be above or below the waves. I have taken possession of a new set from the catalogue called Beauty of the Deep. I have made a card with this set as it lends it's self perfectly to the the new Boho Blue In Colour. It also has a gorgeous little fish which I couldn't wait to use - take a look Although I've mostly used blue ink I had added white highlights with a gel pen and then to finish it off a little sparkly blue gem. Thanks for stopping by today - if you wish to place an order or request a catalogue please drop me a message at jacquelinenm68@gmail.com
I have decided to try and get on top of my Christmas cards early this year and so far it’s going well!!! Here is a card that has been made using the Sweet Gingerbread set - I love gingerbread houses and the stamps and matching dies are really cute. I used the sketch from 52 Christmas Card Throwdown - this is a brilliant Christmas challenge blog (I started it many years ago with Mynn Kitchen) and it’s a perfect way to get organised with Christmas crafting. Thank for stopping by today - see you soon - J xx
Yesterday was birthday and my lovely husband bought me some crafting stash. Unfortunately he duplicated an ink pad (Distress Ink - Tea Dye) but the craft shop where he bought it were very kind and let me exchange it for something else. That something was a fab little Crafty Individuals stamp. So I raced home, turned my craft room upside down looking for my EZ Mount, and made this card for this week's Less is More challenge. This week the girls wanted a one layer card with the theme 'In the Frame' Here is my card I made this by first masking off an area in the center of the card - directly on to a 5" x 5" white card blank. Then using my brayer I added some yellow, blue and green ink to the card. The masks were removed and the image was stamped over the brayered square. Thanks ladies for another fantastic challenge - Jacqueline xx.
this is fab... love it
