Hand Made Flowers

I saw the challenge over on Less is More this morning and I decided to have a play. Time has been taken up so much lately with workshops, classes and DT cards so it was so good to make a card 'just because'.
The theme of the challenge is HAND MADE FLOWERS and I have been having a play with some of the clay and moulds now available through Stampin' Up - here's what I have made

The white clay is pressed into silicone moulds - removed and then left to air dry. You can add colour to the flowers using markers after they have dried or if you have any of the re-inkers add a few drops to the wet clay before pressing into the moulds. My flowers have also been mounted on to the Flower Fusion die cuts and some of the Little Leaves have been added too.

Materials Used - Stampin' Up
Stamps: Summer Silhouettes, Morning Meadow
Ink: Crumb Cake, Crisp Cantaloupe (re-inker)
Card Stock: Whisper White, Pistachio Pudding
Accessories: Big Shot, Little Leaves, Flower Fusion, Scallop Trim Border, Clay and Moulds
(To order any of the above current items or items from the Annual Catalogue please e-mail me on deezinesart@gmail.com - a catalogue pdf can be found in the side bar. Items can be delivered direct to you - just £4.95 p+p any size order. Also see the special offers above in the top tabs - thanks).

Thanks for taking the time to stop by and take a look - see you soon -

  3. Great card using these flowers which are fun once I managed to work out how to get them out of the moulds without squishing them. Still haven't managed round buttons yet - hands too hot I think.
