52 CCT - Colour Challenge

Good afternoon everyone, how do you fancy a colour challenge today? Well over on the 52 {Christmas} Card Throwdown we have a fabulous colour combination for you - take a look

And here is my card

I used white card stock for my base and inked up the Three wise Men stamp from Come to Bethlehem in Chocolate Chip ink - I removed the ink from the star and inked that with Versamark. After stamping I added clear embossing powder to the star and heat embossed it. My background was created by sponging my yellow ink and using torn copy paper to make hills. The foreground was inked with more of the chocolate chip ink.
Here are a couple of close ups

Materials
Stamps: Come to Bethlehem
Ink: Chocolate Chip, So Saffron, Versamark
Card Stock: Whisper White, Chocolate Chip
Accessories: Sponges, Clear Embossing Powder
(All items are Stampin' Up - to place an order for any of the products in the Annual Catalogue or new Spring/Summer Mini please see the details in the top tabs - thank you).

Please do pop over and take a look at all the fab DT cards this week and I promise I did not see Danielle's card before I did mine - honest! - Jacqueline xx
