It's time for another sketch challenge over on CAS - Cards & Sketches and this one has been designed by me!


And here is my card


I have actually cut along the diagonal in the sketch after stamping with my new Corner Garden stamp. It's a beautiful large stamp that will look stunning coloured but today I left it undecorated and just added the Blended Bloom flower instead. Another design perfect for colouring in and this has been coloured using the new Blendabilities in the Cherry Cobbler and Old Olive. The flower has been mounted on dimensionals and a Pool Party background added inside the card to make it all stand out. The sentiment is from the lovely hostess set Bloom with Hope and of course is only available with an order of £150 or more - so get booking those parties with me quick!

    Wow, and wow again!!! This is absolutely stunning. I love the big blossom, perfect against the black and white flowers.

I do love my nature stamps and I also love stamps of the sea whether it be above or below the waves. I have taken possession of a new set from the catalogue called Beauty of the Deep. I have made a card with this set as it lends it's self perfectly to the the new Boho Blue In Colour. Starting the Year with a Christmas Card

 I have decided to try and get on top of my Christmas cards early this year and so far it’s going well!!! Here is a card that has been made using the Sweet Gingerbread set - I love gingerbread houses and the stamps and matching dies are really cute. I used the sketch from  52 Christmas Card Throwdown  - this is a brilliant Christmas challenge blog (I started it many years ago with Mynn Kitchen) and it’s a perfect way to get organised with Christmas crafting. In The Frame.

Yesterday was birthday and my lovely husband bought me some crafting stash. Unfortunately he duplicated an ink pad (Distress Ink - Tea Dye) but the craft shop where he bought it were very kind and let me exchange it for something else. That something was a fab little Crafty Individuals stamp. So I raced home, turned my craft room upside down looking for my EZ Mount, and made this card for this week's Less is More  challenge. This week the girls wanted a one layer card with the theme 'In the Frame' Here is my card I made this by first masking off an area in the center of the card - directly on to a 5" x 5" white card blank. Then using my brayer I added some yellow, blue and green ink to the card. The masks were removed and the image was stamped over the brayered square.
