Coming Back To Life With WOYWW.

It's been a while - to say the least! Crafting has been way down the agenda as of late and blogging ..... well lets just gloss over that shall we?!
The weather is becoming more springlike and I can now vacate my winter crafting residence (the dining room table) and take up residence down in the garage. Before I go though I thought I would share with you what I have been doing when I have a spare few minutes. This thought also led to me thinking I would revisit a place frequented by other crafters specifically on a Wednesday. I went back through my blog list to find out just how long it had been since I was there - only flippin' 2011!! I was convinced it was only a couple of years but no - the evidence is HERE!!!
The place is The Stamping Ground , Julia is our hostess and you can browse and nosey around other work spaces there too.
Here's mine for today

I'm working on some beading - a series of beaded rings connected with beaded bands. It's taking quite a while as I've run out of beads twice!! The project on the right is what I was working on while I was waiting for the replacement beads to arrive!!
So - I have set out my beads to start to beading chain to finish the project but that's about as much as I will do today as I'm just about to leave for work. If I'm not too pooped I may get some done later this evening. Hopefully too I shall be hopping across to take a look at some crafty working spaces - it's always great fun.
Bye for now xx

  2. Hi Jacqueline. Oh my word! All those beads - you must have SO much patience to work at that. The rings are looking great. Well done.
    Take care. God bless.

  3. Welcome back to WOYWW! I love beading, and used to do a lot of it, but my eyes are just not what they used to be - nor is my patience! Kudos to you for your very detailed work! Thanks for sharing, Lindart #35

  4. Glad you made it back. I'm very much a newbie in comparison as I only joined last year, but I do try and keep up. Not working on Wednesdays helps though. I can't wait to see the finished bead projects. Sarah #13

  7. Welcome back! 2011? Crikey - I wouldn't have thought WOYWW was that old! Your beadworks are just lovely - not sure I could see well enough, let alone conjure up the patience; are you making it up as you go along for heaven's sake?! Nice light on your table though, when you de-camp to the garage, take a ton of snacks with you, just in case you get immersed in all the things you haven't seen over the winter and don't want to come out for a while!!
